Current Bid Requests

The Warren County Commission will be accepting bids for the following items for the time period April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012.

Road and Bridge Department:

Truck tires (new), Grader tires (new), Recap grader tires w/casings or w/o casings, Recap truck tires, Truck tires mounted, Grader tires mounted, Ready Mix Concrete, Conveyor truck, Creek gravel, Screened gravel, Crushed rock, Hauling of cinders, Hauling of rock, Hauling of blacktop mix, Culvert pipe, Road Oil, Hot mix, Dust suppression, Gasoline and diesel fuel (bulk),when not under contract, Salt for roads (delivered to the Road Shed) and Road Signs.

Sheriff’s Department, Assessor’s Office, Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and Health Dept:

Tires (new), Mounting of tires and new stems, Oil changes (to include tire inspections, check of belts and hoses, fluid levels and brake inspections upon oil changes), lubrications, oil filter change, engine tune up and charge for light maintenance, Towing and storage of vehicles, and Unleaded gas, when not under contract and car washes.

Sealed bids are due March 7, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. The bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the item being bid. They will be opened at that time.

The Warren County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality therein. The Commission reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, which, in its judgment is deemed most advantageous to the County. No bids by facsimile transmission will be accepted.
